Join the FCA-MAR for a weekend of fun and adventure in and around the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. This year, we will be celebrating the 60^th Anniversary of the FCA with our usual array of good food, great people, and amazing country roads!

 

Friday, Aug 5

• Gather at Ferrari of Washington (MAR Sponsor) for kickoff breakfast
• Depart for points west; scenic drive with lunch enroute
• Arrive Wisp Resort, Deep Creek Lake, MD (www.wispresort.com)
• Group dinner outing

 

Saturday, Aug 6

Activities day! Options will include:

• Road rally
• Group activities: canopy tour (ziplining); whitewater rafting; archery; frisbee golf
• Individual activities: golf, hiking, swimming, chair lift
• Off resort: pontoon boating; paddleboards, kayaks, canoes; waverunners; off-road ATVs
• Group happy hour and dinner banquet

 

Sunday, Aug 7 – Continue the Adventure! (optional)

• Frank Lloyd Wright home tour (choose Fallingwater or Kentuck Knob); followed by group lunch
• Scenic drive; arrive Cacapon Resort, Berkeley Springs, WV (www.cacaponresort.com)
• Free time – take a nature hike, pilot a paddleboat, or get a relaxing massage
• Group happy hour and dinner

 

Monday, Aug 8 – Still Going!

• Scenic drive to Dan Smith’s home – tour his fantastic “garage-mahal”
• Casual group lunch

Basic Package – Friday/Saturday itinerary: $950/couple, $725/single

 

• Includes 2 nights’ lodging; Friday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Saturday lunch & dinner; gift bag with water/snacks/etc.; and a few surprises!

 

Continue the Adventure (add-on) Package – Sunday/Monday itinerary: $450/couple, $325/single

 

• Includes 1 night’s lodging; Frank Lloyd Wright tour; Sunday lunch & dinner; Monday lunch

 

Alcoholic beverages excluded; additional fees for resort activities

 

Note: Sunday Frank Lloyd Wright tour and group lunch can be added to Basic Package for $45 per person
